Job Location: Chennai (Tamil Nadu) & Bangalore (Karnataka)
€¢ Experience: 3 to 5 Years in the Residential Sales Engineering Profile.
€¢ Education:
€¢ Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or a related field.
€¢ Proven experience in a field sales role, preferably within the sensing equipment industry.
€¢ Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
€¢ Working remotely but 100% field sales.
€¢ Knowledge of technical aspects of sensing equipment is a plus

€¢ Conduct client visits to showcase our sensing equipment such as Pressure Instruments, Temperature Instruments, Level Instruments, HVAC/BMS Sensors, Air Quality Sensors, and Water Quality Sensors and understand client needs.
€¢ Initiate and manage cold calling activities to generate leads. Cultivate relationships with potential clients and maintain regular communication.
€¢ Prepare and send accurate quotations to clients, addressing their specific requirements
€¢ Facilitate the smooth onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from initial contact to becoming a valued client.
€¢ Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and maximise business opportunities
€¢ Regularly follow up with clients to understand their evolving needs.
€¢ Employ effective negotiation strategies to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
