Education: Graduation. /Dipl. in H.R Management
Experience: More than 15 Years

• Proven experience in HR functions /Office Administration/Facility Management/Infrastructure management
• Handling of HR activities such as recruitment, appraisal, employees\' engagement, grievances, training etc.
• Handling of IR & Legal issues. Ensuring compliance of the local labour laws/ regulations -liaisoning with Factory Inspector, Pollution department, police/MIDC/security agencies/etc. Ensuring the renewal of All Licenses with respect to the Factories Act & Submission of Monthly/quarterly/Half yearly & yearly returns on time
• Administration of Safety, Security, Transport, Housekeeping, Hygiene and Environment Management, and supervising of other basic facilities in the organization.
• Handling & processing of payroll for all the employees and ensuring the accurate & timely disbursement of salaries & wages & other salary components like allowances
• Manages day-to-day factory cash transactions.
