A: Documents

- Copy of PAN Card
- Copy of Aadhaar Card (both sides)
- Copy of one Cancelled Cheque (Account holder’s name should be printed on the cheque)
- Only signed without filled-up Form 15G/15H should be sent to us. (Original by Courier and copy to be sent
on WhatsApp No. 9820032472 or email doublehrconsultancy.com)
- Most Important thing: Name should be same in the Aadhar Card,
- PAN Card, UAN Number & Bank Account.

B: Information

- UAN Number & PF Account Password.
- Registered Mobile Number with Aadhar Card.
- During processing the Candidate will receive an OTP which should be shared with us on urgent basis through WhatsApp.
- Email Id.
- The last filled Income Tax file return in the financial year----------.
- The details of Form 15G/15H submitted in your banks if any. (A/C Number, Name of Bank & Amount)
- Estimated total income during this financial year. Rs.-----
